Consultation & Site Walkthrough
We start with a conversation about your home, your goals, and your budget, then walk the site together. By the end of this visit, you’ll have a clear sense of scope and what to expect next.
Design, Permitting & Prep
Once we’ve agreed on scope, we finalize plans, pull the necessary permits, and prepare the site — opening up walls, assessing structure, and confirming what we’re building on before any new work begins.
Foundation & Framing
For new construction and additions, this is where the project becomes real: footings are poured, the foundation is set, and framing begins to take shape.
Structural Build-Out
Our crew works through framing, roofing, and the rough-in stages — electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — with regular check-ins so you always know where things stand.
Finishes & Final Walkthrough
Cabinetry, counters, trim, and paint bring the space to life. We finish with a full walkthrough, a punch list, and the one-year workmanship warranty we stand behind on every job.
